Shipping & Delivery

Yes! for Continental USA and Puerto Rico Shipping is free on orders above $100!

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of cleared payment.

For Black Friday, Cyber Monday please allow an additional 4-5 days for fulfillment and shipping beyond the normal processing time.

Tracking confirmation will be sent via email once your order is fulfilled.

Shipping rates for the USA are as follows: free shipping on orders over $100 for the continental 48 states and Puerto Rico;

$39.99 for UPS 2nd Day Air (ships the same business day if placed by 12 pm CST, with delivery on the second business day, excluding weekends);

$12.99 for UPS Ground (typical delivery within 4-5 days, with 2-3 days processing); and

$7.95 for standard shipping on orders up to $125 (delivery in 5-7 business days, with 2-3 days processing).

Sorry no, we currently do not ship outside mainland U.S, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Yes, we offer a $29 Standard Flat Rate Delivery to Canadian addresses. Please note that any international duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipments with a "delivered" tracking status will be considered proof of delivery, and GBCO Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery is confirmed. If you suspect your mail was stolen, report it immediately to your local carrier.

Incorrect addresses are the most common cause of undeliverable shipments. Orders requiring reshipment due to insufficient addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. 

We try to process orders very quickly so you get your order ASAP! For this reason, we may not be able to adjust a shipping address once the order has been processed. We urge you to contact us IMMEDIATELY if you have any questions regarding changing your address.

Yes - To request a change in address please email info@gbcoclothing.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Keep in mind that due to our fast order processing, we cannot guarantee an address change.

Due to the high demand of  Pre Order items they cannot be cancelled. There is a an estimated ship date in the product description along with a "pre order" button that lets shoppers know they are purchasing a product that is a "pre order" if you need any additional help please contact us directly.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer returns for store credit, which will be issued as a GBCO Clothing e-Gift Card sent to the email you provided at checkout.

You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed, scent- and smoke-free, or defective items within 14 days of delivery. Please include your original packing slip with the return, or print out your confirmation email if it's not available. There are no restocking fees, and your store credit never expires! However, final sale items, including those purchased during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or with discounts of 25% or more, are not eligible for return.

Footwear must be returned in its original shoe box, placed inside a shipping box, to avoid damage. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and payment terms for third-party services remain your responsibility.
